Installation and replacement
Split, multi-split, cassette, ducted and VRF systems, and air handling units. Model, capacity and exclusions stated on the quotation.
Pipework is where many replacements go wrong. We renew or prove the refrigerant run, set the drainage falls and pressure-test before the ceiling closes.
What’s included
- Site survey and sizing before any equipment is proposed
- Supply of equipment, with the model and capacity stated on the quotation
- New refrigerant pipework: copper to specification, with class 0 insulation
- Ducting: supply, modification and connection to existing runs
- Condensate drainage, falls and containment
- Removal and disposal of the outgoing system
- Pressure testing, vacuum, charging and commissioning
- A pressure-test and commissioning record at handover
- Photographs of concealed work before the ceiling is closed, on request
- Work that needs a Licensed Electrical Worker is carried out with a licensed partner.
Not included
- Builder’s work. False ceiling opening and making good is quoted as a separate line
- Structural or bracketry works beyond standard mounting
- Upgrades to the electrical supply or distribution board
- Making good of finishes beyond the immediate work area
- Equipment supplied free-issue by others, which we will install but did not supply

Do you reuse existing pipework?
Only where the existing run is sound and we can show it. The quotation says which.
Who handles the false ceiling?
We can, and it appears as its own line on the quotation so you can see what it costs.
